如參賽者因健康安全考量或其他原因缺席 3 月 14 日香港賽區的比賽，本年度參賽費用將自動延至下屆比賽使用。詳情將稍後於此網站及 MathConcept Facebook 公佈。如有任何疑問，請於辦公時間致電或 WhatsApp +852 25271117。

If you are absent from MathConceptition 2021 (HKG Region) due to health and safety or any other reasons, your registration fee will be deferred automatically. Details will be announced on MathConceptition’s website and MathConcept’s Facebook. – Important Note 重要事項 –

• Contestant is required to bring along a printed copy of admit card and documents proving his/her DOB and current school grade, otherwise he/she may be disqualified.
  參賽者必需攜同准考證列印本及列明其出生日期及就讀年級的證明文件到場，否則有可能會被取消資格。
• Contestant and his/her guardian are required to fill in the health declaration form within 24 hours prior to their arrival. Please save the screen capture after your submission and show it to our staff on the day. Anyone who fails to show the screen capture or fails to confirm all terms on the form will not be allowed to enter the contest venues.
  參賽者及其監護人必須於到達會場前24小時填寫健康申報表，填寫表格後請下載屏幕截圖，並於比賽當日向職員展示。任何人士未能出示截圖或未能確認該表格所列出的事項，將不能進入比賽會場。
